In the kitchen:

Fall produce

Braised Winter Squash
2 acorn squash
3 tbsp. Reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup Vegetable stock or water
3 Tbs. honey
3 tbsp. Dry white wine
Cut and seed squash, chop into 2-3 inch pieces
Place in Crock-pot
In small bowl mix the rest of ingredients and pour over squash
Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 2.5- 4 hours
