Granola bars:
3 cups of dry : old fashioned oats, Rice Krispies, flax, or mixture of these.
3 cups of seeds, nuts, dried fruit: raisins, cranberries, cherries, dates, chopped dried fruit, coconut, chopped nuts, seeds of choice.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Put dry and crunchy/ sweet mixtures in a bowl, stir. Add milk, stir to coat.
Pour I n lined 9x13 pan. Press down with wet hand.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until brown on edges and top bits.
Let cool
Remove from pan and cut into bars with a wet knife.
I keep them refrigerated, but they don’t last long.
