Shout out to Mollysmum, here is the recipe:
Lemon Garlic chicken
Chicken rice with Lemon grass
2 ¼ cup chicken broth
1 cup long grain rice
6 blades lemon grass chopped
Use rice steamer or Put in pot with good sealed cover
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook on med for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
