How spinning on a single treadle wheel is different than a double treadle.
In the Kitchen:
Meatballs
• 1 lb lean ground beef – (Or turkey- or chicken)
• 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs – (Can use corn bread too, add 1 tsp Italian seasoning.)
• 1/3 cup MILK(more or less)- (Can be soy milk)
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – (Parm- reggi works well. )
• 1 medium onion- chopped
To taste:
• garlic Powder
• salt
• pepper
Olive oil spray
Mix together meat, bread, cheese and onion. Add seasonings and then milk to desired wetness.
Scoop with a melon-baller and roll in wet hands. Place onto sprayed broiler pan. Broil until browned and then roll to other side to brown. Pull before they are burnt. Place in hot gravy (spaghetti sauce) and finish cooking for 20 minutes.
Serve over noodles or in sub rolls.

Crochet Crab Stitch
In the Kitchen:
Quesidillas
Rotisserie Chicken- Torn into pieces
Chopped green peppers
Chopped onion
Pepper Jack cheese
Flour tortillas
Olive oil
Sour cream
Salsa
Heat griddle and add a spray of oil. Grill up onions and green pepper. Pull off to paper towels.
Place tortilla on griddle- Top with cheese, chicken, peppers and onion.
Place 2nd tortilla on top.
Cook until crisp, flipping once.
Serve with sour cream and salsa. I like to mix the two together.
Easy baked Empanadas
Refrigerator Croissant Dough
Apple pie filling
Water
Break dough into squares. Place a bit of filling on to ½ of the square and fold other half over. Use water to seal if needed.
Bake as directed on tube, watching so that pastry does not get to brown.
