• 1/3 cup MILK(more or less)- (Can be soy milk)
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – (Parm- reggi works well. )
• 1 medium onion- chopped
To taste:
• garlic Powder
• salt
• pepper
Olive oil spray
Mix together meat, bread, cheese and onion. Add seasonings and then milk to desired wetness.
Scoop with a melon-baller and roll in wet hands. Place onto sprayed broiler pan. Broil until browned and then roll to other side to brown. Pull before they are burnt. Place in hot gravy (spaghetti sauce) and finish cooking for 20 minutes.
