Baked ravioli

2 15oz cans diced tomatoes

1 pkg mushrooms- sliced

1/2 onion- chopped

1/2 red bell pepper- chopped

1 tub ricotta cheese

1 pkg chopped spinach-thawed

1 cubed zucchini

1 pkg cheese ravioli

Oregano, basil (Italian seasoning) and garlic to taste

Stir together everything but ravioli in a foil lined  9x13 pan. Gently stir in ravioli.

Cover with foil and bake 40 min at 375.

Take foil off and bake another 10 minutes at 450.

Serve with a salad & garlic bread.

6 servings. 385 cal w/o bread
