1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese at room temperature
1 stick butter at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (18 oz.) box of lemon cake

Confectioner’s sugar
In large
bowl with electric mixer, cream the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat
in egg. Then beat in vanilla and cake 1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese at room temperature
