Cooking School:

Decreasing 2 stitches- (Knit)How they are different
S2 k psso- slight left leaning decrease
K3togtbl- heavy left leaning decrease
S2kwise, k, psso, slight right leaning decrease
k3 tog – heavy right leaning decrease
s, k2 psso,- Centered decrease

In the Kitchen:

Italian chicken- Crockpot
• 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1 28oz can stewed tomatoes
• 1 6oz can tomato paste
• 1 Tbl. Italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
• 1 sm. Onion cubed
• 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
In Crockpot (with liner) put chicken, mushrooms, green pepper and onion. In a mixing bowl, put tomatoes, paste, seasoning and garlic. Mix. Pour over ingredients in Crockpot.
Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
