In the Kitchen: Comfort Food


Pinto Beans & Ham


1.5 cups dry pinto beans, Soak over night
4-6 cups of water
Small bone in picnic ham
½ small onion (optional)
Rinse beans after soaking (pull out floating beans) and put in crock pot.
Add water , ham and onion.
Cook all day on low.
WW- 4 pts per serving.

Serve with Corn bread.
